Rosita League Commish
Despite leaving for dental school in New York this coming August, James Innes will still be very much present in terms of competing in the Rosita League. The 2016 football season marks his sophomore year in fantasy, and he looks to bring a tooth-for-tooth edge as he seeks to win his first championship.
James recently sat down for an interview, in which he revealed some thoughts heading into the season:
DAVID: What was the most profound moment of your rookie season last year?
JAMES: Starting (San Diego tight end) Antonio Gates right after his suspension was over against the Steelers. In order for me to win that week, I needed for him to outscore (Pittsburgh running back) Le’Veon Bell on Monday Night Football. He did, so I won!
DAVID: That’s a cool story right there! What would you say is your biggest strength in fantasy?
JAMES: I’d say keeping a high floor.
DAVID: What aspect of the game would you like to improve on the most this year… if anything?
JAMES: Drafting good running backs.
DAVID: Is there an opponent that you are looking forward to playing the most out of everyone?
JAMES: I most look forward to beating my sister (Kris)… because talking smack to her makes me happy!
DAVID: What advice would you give to the many rookie owners in our league this year?
JAMES: I would advise that everyone drafts as many Seahawks as possible, as early as possible.
DAVID: Thanks for taking part in this interview!
JAMES: For sure. I can’t wait for this season!
